Phases of cleaning
There are several phases of construction cleaning, including rough, final, touch-up, and exterior. A rough interior cleanup is less expensive per square foot than a final cleanup. 

Rough clean- this can be done once or multiple times. Our team will remove discarded material, garbage, construction debris, and dust from the area involved.

Final Clean- this clean will be the traditional top to bottom move out clean. It will include everything a move out clean would cover and will only need to be done once.

Touch Up Clean- this clean is necessary if people have walked through the space after the final clean was completed and will include touch ups such as door frames, vacuuming, dusting etc.
